To access your account settings, click on the circle icon in the bottom left corner of the Edgeport dashboard and select Your Account from the menu that appears.

You will be automatically directed to the Settings section of the User Account frame:

Here, you have the option to customize your Personal Information and Password.

Personal Information

This section provides you with the ability to personalize your account data by specifying or editing your First Name, Last Name, and Company Name.

The Email field is intended to show the email address your account is registered with and is non-editable.

To apply the changes you’ve made within this form, click Save below.

The entries from these fields are used only for your account display within the Edgeport dashboard. To manage the data that should be used for invoices, please refer to the Billing > Details section.

Additionally, you have the option to Edit your photo here. For that, click the Change Avatar option:

The opened window will allow you to select an image stored locally on your machine.

Once the desired visual is uploaded, you will be proposed to adjust your photo’s position, scale, and rotation degree.

Click Save within this frame after all the parameters are tuned.

Finally, click Save at the bottom of the Personal Info panel.

The uploaded image will be shown within the circle icon in the bottom left corner, which opens the user menu.

If you wish to remove the uploaded avatar, you can do so anytime by selecting the Delete option near it and clicking Save at the bottom of the frame.

Password

In this pane, you can view the date of your last password change (which can be useful for security purposes), as well as request its resetting.

If you don't see this section, it means that you are using Google or GitHub SSO for logging in, so that the authentication management is handled by their side. In this case, you don't have a separate password for your Edgeport account.

To update your password, you need to click the Change button. The system will automatically send you an email with instructions on further steps, including a resetting link.

Click on Confirm. On the opened page, you need to specify a new password adhering to the recommended length and symbol requirements.

After clicking Reset password, you’ll be shown the message confirming the successful password change.

Now you can navigate to the Edgeprot dashboard app.edgeport.com and log in with these new credentials.
